GoLink is a link redirection tool. We do not inspect, edit, endorse, or verify the destination URLs generated by our platform users.Under no circumstances shall GoLink, its developers, or affiliates be held responsible or liable for any links created using this platform, or for any content, damages, fraud, phishing, malware, or legal violations associated with those links. Link creators are solely and fully legally responsible for the destination URLs they create and the audiences they distribute them to.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GoLink (golink.id) and its redirection engine, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, authenticated users, and anyone who accesses shortened links hosted on GoLink.
2. Description of Service
GoLink is a digital link management and analytics SaaS. We offer a platform to shorten URLs, attach custom domain routing, generate associated QR codes, organize links within collaborative workspaces, and view real-time click tracking reports.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Activities)
To keep our platform secure, fast, and reputable, you agree not to use GoLink to shorten, share, or promote links that point to:
- Phishing or Fraud: Websites designed to deceive users and steal credentials, personal info, or assets.
- Malware and Viruses: Downloads containing malicious software, spyware, ransomware, or keyloggers.
- Spam and Botnet Operations: Bulk unsolicited messages, automated clicks, or search engine manipulation.
- Illegal Material: Content that violates local, national, or international laws, including illegal trade, harassment, or non-consensual sharing.
- Copyright Infringement: Pirated materials, illegal streams, or unauthorized intellectual property distributions.
GoLink reserves the right to immediately deactivate, blacklist, and permanently delete any slug or custom domain that violates these rules without warning.
4. Workspaces and Team Collaboration
Assets in GoLink (such as links, custom domains, and analytic click logs) are structured on a Workspace level. You represent and warrant that you have the right to manage the domains and links inside your workspace. If you invite members to your workspace, they will have permissions based on their assigned role (Owner/Member). GoLink is not responsible for internal workspace disputes or unauthorized actions taken by workspace members.
5. Custom Domains and DNS Setup
If you link a custom domain/subdomain, you are solely responsible for setting up correct DNS A/CNAME records. GoLink works to automate SSL certificates (HTTPS) for custom domains. However, we are not responsible for SSL failures, domain propagation delays, or any disruption in link availability caused by incorrect DNS records or domain registrar suspensions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GOLINK IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, VIRUS-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.WE DO NOT PRE-SCREEN OR MONITOR REDIRECTION LINKS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GOLINK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WEB PAGES CREATED OR DISTRIBUTED BY USER ACTIONS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLINK, ITS DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, OR ANY VISITOR ENCOUNTERING LINKS GENERATED BY GOLINK.
8. Termination and Link Deletion
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability or prior notice, to terminate your account, delete your workspace, or blacklist specific domain names / custom slugs if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms GoLink or its users.
